Has anyone created a SLO related to the portion of their job that is not directly related to "teaching classes"? For example - reading promotion, access to information 24 hours a day, etc
So far my SLOs have remained attached to direct instruction (using TRAILS and information literacy rubric as IAGD), but I was thinking of framing one around the library's impact on literacy (using NWEA scores as one of my IAGDs). I haven't had this idea approved, but it is a possibility. I would also include data on circulation statistics and independent reading in core areas.
